2008 Scoring Drive Official Rules
No Purchase Necessary. To play, find a Game Card in select packs of NFL licensed Trading Cards from Target,
Best Buy, ShopKo, Pamida, Casey’s General Store, AAFES, Fred Meyer, Giant Eagle, Walgreens and Rite Aid retail
locations from 6/1/2008 through 12/28/2008, while supplies last. To receive a free Game Card, send a
self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) to “Scoring Drive” Game Card, Promotions Department, P.O. Box 1297,
Des Moines, IA 50305-1297 (one per SASE, mailed separately, received by 12/15/2008). Vermont residents may
omit return postage. Sponsor not responsible for late, lost, mutilated incomplete, illegible, postage-due or
misdirected mail or entries.
How to Play: at the Scoring Drive website (http://www.scoringdrive.com) entrants must register their name, address, e-mail address, and favorite NFL team and player. Once registered, entrants may create a Scoring Drive Fantasy Football team each week of the regular season. To do so, he/she will be required first to enter a card number from a Scoring Drive 2008 game card. The participant will then be taken to the team setup page. He/she will select one of five player slots to fill. When a slot is selected, the names of five actual NFL players will pop up (these five are drawn randomly from a list of 200 current NFL players.)
This same action may be taken for each of the 5 slots on the fantasy football team, so 5 different Scoring Drive Game Cards are required to create one complete team. Participants may either select one of the five players they are given to add to their team, or decline the list. Either way, that game card number is used and cannot be used again.
At any time during the 2008 NFL Regular Season, the participant may click on the Trade Button next to a player's name, enter a new card number, and replace the player in that slot with a new one by following the same procedures outlined above. Each slot has five chances to replace the selected player with a new player. The points earned by the player being replaced will remain on your team, and the points for the new player will be added to the team total from that point forward in the season.
This process is repeated five times to create a complete fantasy team, so participants may use a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of thirty (30) cards to complete a team. All additions or changes to team members during each week of the regular NFL season must be completed no later than 15 minutes before kickoff of the first NFL game for that week (so if there is a Thursday night game, transactions for that week must be completed Thursday, etc.)
Any transactions done after that point will be effective for the following week’s games.
Entrants will receive points based on performance of their selected players in NFL games played during the 2008 NFL Regular Season. Participants may enter as many teams as they like.
How to Win: Each week of the 2008 NFL regular season, participants’ teams will earn points based on the performance of their selected players that week (points will be totaled every Tuesday morning during the promotion period for the weekly prizes.)
In the event of a tie at any prize awarding stage, a random drawing will be conducted from among all tied entries to determine the prize winner(s). All decisions of the promotion administrator are final and binding in all respects.
Approximately 6,000,000 Game Cards will be distributed, however, chances of winning depend upon the performance of the players comprising an entrant’s Team, and the timing of the participant’s transactions throughout the season.

Eligibility: Game open to all legal US residents age 13 and older, except employees, officers, directors and agents of NFL, its affiliates and member clubs, NFL Players Association (NFL Entities), Target, Best Buy, ShopKo, Pamida, Casey’s General Store, AAFES, Fred Meyer, Giant Eagle, Walgreens and Rite Aid (Retailers), Excell Marketing and it’s affiliates, Donruss/Playoff, Inc., The Topps Company, Inc., The Upper Deck Company, LLC, Playoff, Inc. (Manufacturers), their employees and family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings) and persons living in the same household of each of the above. Void where prohibited.
Prizes: (51) WEEKLY PRIZES: Each week during the NFL regular season, the team that earned the most points the previous week will receive one autographed football (ARV $75) and the two teams that earned the 2nd and 3rd most points the previous week will receive one value box of NFL Trading Cards (ARV $20.)
Prize Notification: Prizewinners will be notified by e-mail, mail and/or phone. Prizes will be shipped to winners within 6 to 8 weeks. Undeliverable prize/prize notifications will result in forfeiture, with award to an alternate winner.
Additional Terms: Winners agree to: a) the Official Rules and decisions of the sponsors and judges whose decisions are final and binding in all respects; b) the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited; c) release,
discharge and hold harmless, NFL Entities, Retailers, Excell Marketing, L.C., The Topps Company, Inc., The Upper Deck Company, LLC, Donruss/Playoff, Inc., their respective affiliates, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers from all claims, damages or liability arising out of their participation in the contest and the acceptance, use or misuse of any prizes.
In the event of disruption, partial or complete cancellation of the 2007 NFL Football Season, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel this program or to determine winners based on a shortened promotion period. The NFL Entities have not offered, endorsed or sponsored this game in any way.
E-mail change of address policy: It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor if their e-mail address changes.
On-line Entry Participation Conditions: No responsibility is assumed for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omissions, interruption, deletion, defect, failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry data that has been tampered with or altered is void. In the event this game is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, at any time, electronically or otherwise, sponsor reserves the right to terminate the on-line transmissions at that point and determine winners of any remaining prizes based upon entries received to that time.
